Chrosziel Mattebox & Follow Focus Parts (Extension, Speed Crank, Second Handwheel)

Selling my Matte Box and some bits and pieces from a follow focus system that I do not need...

1x Chrosziel CLWAH-F4.5 ($2260 new)
http://www.abelcine.com/store/Chrosziel-415-02-Mattebox-for-Fuji-Canon-Zoom-F4.5/

I'd like to get ~$1250 for it, but am open to offers.

As for the FF parts...

I'd prefer to sell them together, but would separate them.

1x Chrosziel Lateral Handwheel Extension ($300 new)

1x Chrosziel C-201-02 Second Handwheel for Follow Focus ($600 new)
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...l_AC_201_02_AC20102_Second_Handwheel_for.html

1x Chrosziel Focus Lever ($70 new)
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/316168-REG/Chrosziel_AC_201_18_201_18_Focus_Lever.html

Looking for around $550 shipped for all of them, but don't know what the market is like for this stuff so I'm accepting offers!
