HPX250: chromatic aberrations hpx250

Chromatic aberration is caused by the lens. The 250 has a different lens so any 370 footage is not comparible. Also, CA can be somewhat corrected in the camera software if the parameters of the lens are known. This is the case with the 370. Some lenses can have CAC applied the them, some can't. I expect the the 250 has built in CAC for it's lens and would be surprised to see any significant CA.

Agreed, CAC seems to be working well with the 250. I've just seen a hint of CA once on some tree branches at the very edge of the frame. It's actually less than I see with HD ENG zooms on 2/3" cameras with CAC.

A well known engineer/reviewer who I totally trust is going to do a review of the 250 soon(I know because I'm providing P2 cards for the review.).

Also Jean, we dont know what lens the 370 was using. The stock one is quite good but the fujinon 13x wideangle not so. like others have said, the 250 has its own new lens so its not comparable to anything else really at the moment. All the 250 video's so far have been quite promising.
