Here is a mock chinese video I did with my cousin. He is a master of karaoke when it comes to this song... half way done, living on a prayer

I thought the lighting in the beggnning was pretty good, filmic, I am excited because I'm getting the lowel dv 55 kit tommorrow. As for the rest of the video, well it's a guy walking down a hall with what seems to be natural lighting, this can be made more interesting with a ring light rig. Plan out an intersting story board for future shots, and don't let your film drag in one location for to long. Keep it up! I see some potential.
 
Pretty good, lip syncing is really hard though.. You should try limit the amount of time the actual lip synchronization is on and possibly switch it between another scene. You will get away with some small portions of lip sync that is off a little, but not continously..

Good work though at the start. Keep it up!
 
Yea it was dragging at the hallway scene but its not a finished project yet... As for the hallway lighting, I had a 50w on-cam light... it seems maybe I should use the 100w. Should I close the barndoors a lil to make it more directional or wide open for a good fill throughout?

damnit, were still looking for videos! but in the meantime, my cousin is gonna use his friend(also knows this song by heart) to do the female vocal and borrow his girlfriends wig.
