Loks awesome Young. I like the cinematography and color look. What did you use to correct?

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

hahah really cool. was a different shutter speed used in the fight scene ?

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

That ending was incredible.....Specifically the last shot. Very nice touch.

Good work. ;D

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

So So good. I really enjoyed the last shot. Amazing!!! I know I should remember this from the other posts but are you using all natural lighting? I cannot wait to see the full length film.

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Lee, that was too cool man! I usually hate the diffused look but your movie looked cool. Uncle Bruce Lee would be proud..Good Job man! We need to kick it sometime. ;)

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

hi fellas! thanks for all the nice words, i blushed

in answer to some of ur q's
- wheelchair used for a few chasing scene shots
- yessir, all natural lighting - I actually prefer natural lighting, especially outdoors since its usually free - I'm able to grab tons of shots very quickly without worrying too much about it (except teh exposure and white balance every hour or so)
- the high shutter at 1/250 was used when the wwaiter went berserk and wHOOPED EVERONES ASS

bspidy - Uncle Bruce's qi energy flows thorugh us, we must harness it and go play soccer - SHAOLIIN SOCCER THAT IS

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Sweet! I really enjoyed this. What's amazing is that as good as the original clips were, this is that much better now.

Looking forward to more.

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Man I enjoyed the flick. I like your style of shooting and the way the fight scenes are shot. Keep it Hong Kong style! Forget the story just show more fights!! I'll show my crew this.

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

It's great to see the whole completed scene instead of a bunch of clips. The editing was great for the fight scene, nice style. I also loved the last shot on the escalator. Great job!

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Good job. I like the faster shutter speed look when he's punching. looks filmy to me.

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Damn man, this looks sick. I agree with the fast shutter, looks great.

Only thing I'm not sure is the sound effects for the fight scene... seem a little too loud, which I think takes away from it.

Other than that, lookin great... That last shot is killer!

Re: Chinatown PART IX - THE FULL SCENE!

Great job, I really liked the flow! After he says "bullshit!", I'd blend the ambient sound into the music a bit more. Other than that, a beautiful looking piece!
