Well, I've only done some effects for personal projects. Actually, I did do some compositing for my video art class which turned out pretty well. Anyway, can't wait to see some more fight scene clips!

Great stuff!! really liked it! im in a rush here, but i got one thing i think you should do something about. The last punch (when everything turned red and stuff) has to be more powerful in some way. It got built up by the red color and the roaring, but what did it build up to? well that's just my opinion. Peace!

darkstyle - which sounds did you have in mind? Reason I ask is that a lot of the sounds have been improved from my previous cuts - a few stray "crap-ass" sounds are still there for temporary purposes, but yea, just let me know if there is a particular area that I need to work on

young, just saw the clips again..great dv fight...dont see too many that are any good. I like I like...but yeah, just whenever a punch is landed the sounds are kinda.... Steven Segal movie, I'd like to hear some realistic sounds ala, Fight Club, Oldboy etc . Just my opinion.

Great Job - looks tight. Some of the sounds almost seem out of sync to me. maybe time them with the "flash frames"

are you using natural light or lighting your alley scenes?

Well, the whole project you've got here is pretty cool. I wanted to make stuff like this (not Chinatown) and was concerned about lighting uniformity.
