I bought them at Home Depot about 2 years ago. Wish I'd picked up a bunch more...they seem to be out of stock on the higher wattage ones.
There is a Chinese company, Feit Electric, that sells some through Do-It center.
You might want to Google them and check the specs.

As for alternative bulbs for paper lanterns, I've bought four of these lights and like them. They put out a good amount of light and do a good job balancing with daylight.
Be careful, they can actually give you a sunburn.
