China 5d footage

I just wanted to share this little montage i recently cut together of some Location / Establishing Broll I shot in China. I was working with Anthony Gilmore (who's a DVX member) on a new feature doc he is directing www.playmoneyfilm.com.

We mostly shoot on a HVX200a/Letus package, but used the 5d for all the establishing / location Broll. We mostly did this because we didn't have shooting permits and didn't want to draw much attention to ourselves. It couldn't have worked any better!

I'm so happy with the camera (except the whole 24p thing but this is not the place or time to talk about that.. haha). It says it on the site but i used a 17-35mm f2.8, a 50mm 1.4 and a 200mm f2.8. The 200mm prime is a great travel lens incase you're looking for something smaller and lighter then the 70-200.

The video is right on the front page of my website - www.andrewdavidwatson.com

Also, i converted everything to DVCproHD 1080p for this. I didnt use pro-rez because i have an older version of FCP and do not have that on my g5. Well hope you like it.
