This 3ft diameter box is also known as a “beauty box” for the quality of very soft lighting. It throws a very even light with its graduated, removable, perfectly fitting, baffle. The light box is made by Chimera, well known for superb products. It is practically brand new and extremely well cared for, as I used it only a handful of times. This package includes the Chimera speed ring, which is retails for about $90. If you have a C-stand ( highly recommended as it is a large light box). You are set to go. You can use the Octaplus with strobes or continuous lights. I used it with a Lowel tota light (700w) and it worked fabulously and made everyone look gorgeous. I used it for doing makeup and beauty shoots.
This package includes:
-Chimera Octaplus, rods, baffle
-Chimera Speed Ring ( worth $90)
Total retail would have been about $400 for these two - the light box and ring.
