I did a search on Chicago group and the only thing that came up was Chicago losers, so anyone out there trying to get together. I was hoping on either working with someone to submit a short for Timefest or for the 48 hour film project.

I have helped on other projects with less than qualified people, but I want to reach out to other DVX users who might share info or at least network with.

yea i'm trying to do the same, the problem is i'm in a nw burb. and meeting with my chicago friends is kinda hard, especially with gas prices.

I'm trying craigslist, but no luck. I don't even care if they have a camera, i'd just like a someone else to produce films with my dvx. god knows i can't do sound and man the camcorder at the same time.

I have a EX-1 also and am looking for a group in the Chicago area. Try coming to the IVA meeting on the 17th. Website is IVAVideo.com if I remember and we will discuss a forum for the Sony Cameras, I think the Tuesday meetinig is in Wooddale. I will be there! Perhaps we get something going here, Homer. Carl
 
na, I'm more into independent films then videography. I live in schaumburg.

If any of you guys need help on set, I wouldn't mind helping, free of course, or if you want to collaborate.

Checking in, my arm is all healed up and seeing if anyone needs a hand. Don't have any projects my self, still looking to help,network and learn something.
