Super-awesome solid cheeseplate with many mounting points. Not sure where it's from and no label exists anywhere, but nevertheless, nickels and dimes for everything.
It includes a dual 15mm adapter (link below), which is currently attached to the end of the plate (see right side of photo). The other end/left side has a built-in 15mm adapter (really convenient).

Mainly for cinematographers whom usually have a bunch of accessories which can be mounted in various ways depending on the setup.
