Please watch first, then read.

Would you guys consider this to be good? Do you like it? Does it leave you feeling like you just spent 7 minutes of worthwhile time?

I don't know. Now that I've finished the piece, I'm just not excited to show it...

There's no surprise or twist. It's not earth-shattering at all.

Should I try to 'get it out there' or just move on to the next one (which will be incredibly awesome)?

thanks!

Stick with it, kid, you're on to something. In other words, I liked it. It's honest, well performed, well conceived and executed.

When you lose that feeling of discomfort at telling stories you know are true, either try to get it back or give up filmmaking.

You will get better.

i liked it! simple story that you pulled off well! you should be proud of it.

i , for one, don't think stories have to have some twist or history changing plot. your story hits on a truth anyone can relate to, you casted talented and likable actors and you directed them well! nice!

keep filming!

Nicely shot and edited. Great sound.

Most directors don't like there final film when it's finished...I know I don't. Haha.

Send this out, it should do very well. The music fit awesome to!

very amusing...It made me laugh quite a bit which is veeeery rare with short films....let's face it most people who try to be funny just aren't. Loved the writing in this. Keep it up.

Great job, very posative, likeable characters. You hit a commonality that most people can relate to and told the story well.

Show it around!

Thanks for the comments, very appreciated.
I'll send it to a festival or two and see what happens.

"You sound like frumpy fanny!"
Haha, OK! OK! This is a nice little movie... I honestly wasn't sure of that fact though.

We all want to our films to be good enough to pay the bills, and this one is another step closer. You guys are right, there are plenty of positives, and I should focus on those. Of course, there are things I could have done better, and I'll execute those in my next piece.

The director of "Hero" said that "Hero" was the first time he made a perfect (by his standards) movie. I can't wait to do that.
