Check Bitrate

Quick question, I just received my gh1 and hacked it today. I want to make sure the hack is working so I was wondering how to check the bitrate. The ProRes files in FCP (after L&T) are saying the data rate is around 17MB/sec. Is this normal? I'm just using the lpowell reliable 40mbs patch in FHD mode and thought the data rate should be around 38-41.

play original mts file using quicktime or splashlite and check media info. do not rely on proress because 17MB is what its converting it as. shoot pappasart's chart of death stationary or a very detailed scene for max bitrate. do a search. If you have used lpowells ini file then its working.
