Cheapest Sony F3 with 60p FHD Pro Res Option?

I've been getting mixed responses about the F3 and the Pro Res output.

Do I need the RGB 444 upgrade to get Pro Res 60p S-Log to the Black Magic Video Assist? If I buy a standard F3 without the RGB upgrade, can I do only 24 with the video assist, but no 60?

I have access to a 7Q as well, but have heard that it won't work unless I have the 7Q+. This is kind of old tech, so hard to get the information.

Any general info on this camera would be awesome. I love the images. I need a camera with XLR and ND filters. 60p is also needed for a lot of things. Thanks in advance.

The paid upgrade gives you 3G-sdi out over one link which is what you need if you want to use the Blackmagic video assist and get 60p in 1080p.

Im using the 720/60p and its actually very good. But would love the extra res for some shots though.
