Cheap Shoulder Rest & Grips

Hey everybody, I need some suggestions on fairly cheap, but still good shoulder mounts and grips for a Redrock M2 system with a 100B model. What do you guys personally like? Thanks in advance!

search shoulder support and you will find loads of info.

I use the cavision shoulder support and grips with the HVX and M2, and with the Fx1 and the M2. The support and grips work good for what they cost, but, the shoulder support starts to kill your shoulder after a while. You need to take breaks with it, especially if you're pulling your own focus. For the money though, you can't beat it.
