Cheap Jib Setup

I'm looking for a cheap, (like under $300) jib, I can buy weights separately, that I can use with my DVX and Bogen/Manfrotto 503HDV/525 Kit.

Any suggestions, it does not need to be all the easy to use, or smooth, I just want a relatively Simple way to get over head and high angle shots.

I have one of these, you get what you pay for, I'd never get one again. A good $300 jib doesn't exist.

What stand are you using to hold it? Do you have any footage?
