Cheap camera for capture?

I'm looking to buy a cheap DV camera to use for capturing footage from my DVX100b. I'm wondering if there's something specific I should look for or if there's any way that the capture camera could mess up the 24pa footage (I couldn't imagine there would be, but I'm very new at all this). I may also use it for home movies, but I would be sure to use the same tapestock I'm using in the DVX.

Anyone have any recommendations?
 
i got a panasonic gs19 off ebay for $130 brand new. works absolutely fine. panny gs15 and gs19 are both very cheap cams and will do the job great.
