FS5: Cheap Battery options - Sony FS5m2

[banicos]

Hi guys,

Unfortunately i don't have enough to buy a second Sony battery. Trying to find something cheap. Do you guys have any experience with KASTAR batteries?

Many Thanks

I use SWIT, unfortunately Sony strongarmed them out of production. You can still find them in used and in short supply from various sellers.

Check out my Swit dual charger with two S-8U95 batteries. Sold my Sony gear so you get a deal.

Watson L series batteries are pretty good, so I'd imagine the same would hold true for FS-5 batteries.

I've had Kastar batteries for a while and have had no issues with them. Still going strong.

I've used Swit and they've lasted forever recent;y bought 3 Kastar's and one was no good on arrival. 2 others are OK so far but I haven't used hardly at all. They certainly are cheap.
Shape has gotten some good reviews here.
