Charging batteries question

On the HMC-150...


If I am charging a battery in the stock charger can I also put a battery in the camera and use the plug on the side of the charger to charge 2 batteries at once?

In other words, can I use the charger to charge a battery through the camera while charging one in the cradle as well?

No... in order to attach the power cable to the camera, you need to remove the battery (they use the same connector).
 
And I want to say that even when you attach the camera to power you can't charge a battery at the same time, either.
