Charger died already. Need help in London next week.

My battery charger died today. Yikes. It has only a handful of charges on it but died with a loud noise.

Next week I have a shoot in London and if Canon does´t help me quick enough (I am a CPS customer) I am in need of a charger or an extra battery next on Tuesday night in London.
Is anyone here who might be able to help if needed?
 
That's a bummer. I always keep a universal Intelli-charger (http://www.amazon.com/Full-Intelli-Universal-Charger-Lithium/dp/B0049VS1C0) with me just in case something like that happens. Works great for any kind of lithium battery - camcorder, camera, cell phone, etc.

I'm sure that Canon will help you out quickly, but you should be able to locate a charger, even if it's just a universal one like I linked above, pretty easily. Chargers for the XF300 or XF100 series will work as well since they are the exact same model.

Just ordered a universal charger (the one you linked wash´t available here, but found something else).

Still hope Canon or a Canon User in UK can help me out, but such a box will never hurt....
 
The dealer didn´t have any in stock :(
Canon Germany (I bought in Germany) didn´t respond to my dealer (yikes) and then I contacted CPS and Canon Austria sends me an old one until Canon Germany replaces my broken one.
I wish I was in Hollywood and could just walk into their facility.......
