changing ISO while recording with GH1

hi can anyone tell me if its possible to change ISO on the fly with the GH1? I can't seem to do it.

Also I've read somewhere how to get the manual focus assist up whilst recording but can't find it now (dont have manual)

can someone remind me how to do this also?

have just found another thread about this, it does indeed seem that you can't change ISO whilst recording which is a bit kick in the balls for me! :(

can anyone confirm how to bring up the manual focus assist whilst recording or is that not possible too?
