I am new to filming and DVX cameras! Ive seen wonderful films on youtude using DVX100B! I just got one for 1750.00! I was just looking for a camcorder for church sermons! Now I want to make dramas like on sermonspice.com. I need to know how to put on a adapter? I see people using 35mm adapters and 72mm! I dont even understand how to take apart the dvx to apply these adapters! Is it the little screws in the front? how do i know what fits on the front of the DVX100B? Thanks for all your help! God Bless!

Since you are new to all of this, I would suggest putting the adapter plans on hold and shooting with the stock lens. Read Barry's book and enjoy.

The dvx haas a 72mm thread in front. Any adapter with the same thread size will fit it. Even a smaller adapter will fit ,if you get a setdown ring (72mm to 58mm). Most adapters comes in 2 sizes 58mm or 72mm.

I'm sure you know all the adapters around. ( M2, Brevis, SGPRO, G35, Go35pro, Letus,WDR35PRO,Movietube,Mini35)
