Changing a tripod head?

Take a look at this photo:
There are 3 locking screws that you need to back out a ways (no need to take them all the way out, if one does come out, put it right back in so you don't loose it.)
With the screws loosened, unscrew the head from the legs (Lock PAN to do this and turn the head counter-clockwise in relation to the legs.) The head might be a little tight at first, but don't over-force it if it won't go.
Then screw on the replacement head, and screw in all 3 locking screws untill they stop against the head.
