Change the look of High shutterspeed to slow

Hi,

I was wondering, for action it's good to shoot with a high shutterspeed, gives better slomotions and a more intense/dynamic look. Could you change the look of a 1/250th shutterspeed footage to a 1/50th shutterspeed look (i'm a pal user)?

Is there a plugin that adds motionblur to moving objects? If so that would be great!

i always shoot 1/120 25p and when i shoot slowmotion i shoot 1/120 50i then set 50% velocity in vegas and render as a 25p clip. As for the motion blur you would either go for a slower shutter or do it in post. In vegas you could set the amount of motion blur in video bus.

Re:Vision has a plugin called Reel motion. I tried it but it has a awefull artificial look!
