i think...can i use this http://www.factotus.it/page/dett/arti/254049/nv/FT.FT/partnerId/2400001/?from=kelkoo with a compact flsh card, insered in P2 slot on hvx200...?

if no why?

Sorry, not even close! A P2 card is a very specific piece of electronics. There are some 4 individual high spec SD cards inside a P2 card. These are raided together to achieve the necessary write performance for DVCPRO HD media rates. Besides that they have custom firmware and interfaces to 'talk' to the HVX200. An off the shelf PCMCIA card adapter with an SD card slot is not even close.
