CF Card Reader Solution

What are you all using to off-load your CF cards to your computer? I have been using some generic USB 7-1 multi card reader for over a year and I am looking for something that will hopefully transfer files a bit faster then the 12MB/s I am getting now. Would I get any benefit out of a SATA card reader? I'm using Lexar 133x CF cards in my camera but am unsure of their maximum offload speed so I don't know where exactly my bottleneck is, the CF card or the reader or the USB connection.

What are you all using and what speeds are you getting? Thanks!

This is what I've been using and with my 300x cards, transfers are wicked fast.

Thanks guys. I'm on Win7 but I don't see why this wouldn't work.
