guess who'll be banned for CES 2009? Shutting off walls of TVs is one thing but ruining product presentations is not kosher. I don't think they understand how pissed off the CES people are going to get when they watch this video. Like one of the commenters said: They are putting people's livelihoods in jeopardy for a cheap laugh.
Just in case anyone was wondering what the difference between a blogger and a journalist, well, here's an answer to that. I highly doubt you'd see an LA Times staffer do something like that let alone openly brag about it.
I wonder what would happen if someone dicked w/the screens at the RED booth at NAB?:kali:
Not cool at all. I used to SLAVE creating videos for booths/events/presentations like this.
The A/V tech guy was probably yelled at. Interested people probably walked off because of time being wasted, etc..
I saw this a few days ago, the guy that did this is banned for life from CES.
I like the idea but not in a convention like that.
There was a blog post on some site saying how the press rooms are much nicer then the blogger rooms, this is one reason i can see the bloggers have much less of a room. They still need bigger press rooms, i can hardly find a place to sit down at
