Century Optics .6 WA vs. Panasonic 7208?

Hello, looking for a wide angle for my DVX100A, have a chance to pickup either of the above for a reasonable price.

If anyone has any experience with both, is one better than the other in quality?

I realize the CO is only partial zoom and the Panasonic is full zoom through.

I keep a filter on my dvx100a, can you mount the CO with the filter on?
