Century Optics 16:9 ratio 1.33x anamorphic lens adapter. Rear thread is 37mm. Comes with 37mm - 52mm rear adapter and front screw-on lens cap. Lens has no scratches, or fungus, or marks. Best used on a cropped sensor camera APS-C or micro 4/3 or miniDV. Full frame would work too but give you vignetting on wide angle lenses.
This adapter is similar to the Panasonic LA72000. No focusing is necessary.
Just bought this lens, but decided to sell it, so I've barely owned it. Condition overall is next to new. Very minor signs of use on the threads, but in no way will it affect performance.
Optically it has chromatic aberrations, lacks sharpness wide open and doesn't give oval bokeh. It is small and will fit on 52mm diameter lens and can self align to proper vertical.
