Same cDNG much darker in Resolve 10. What am I doing wrong here? I know I exposed it the way it comes in to AE.

Do you have a LUT applied? Is Rec.709 applied in the camera RAW settings?

Absolutly NO luts applied in Resolve 10
I work in ACES color space but the cDNG looks similar in Davinci yRGB color space.
