For a nice 3 point set up on location. Put your Key and Fill at angles and then your back light or some may call it a "hair" light up on a boom stand, angle it so it adds a soft light to the top of the head. I would place the boom about a foot or two behind the person. It takes a little while to tweak because you can get lens flare from the back light if you don't have it angled right.
