Anybody out there know of a great place I can buy this, at a reasonable cost?

If I'm not mistaken I think the Documentarian Marc Singer uses this? Except his is camoflauged.

I'm too tall to use a shoulder brace, so this would be the option I chose (if I had the dough).

I tried it on at NAB and was instantly sold.
