Standard 1.1 firmware except for audio (Pasedena Pulse Audio), however I used an external recorder setup.
A mix of natural and interior practical lights - mostly LED downlights. Blocked off one window which caused a distracting image on the talents' spectacles (you could see the outdoor foliage), also diffused another window. I could've moved the diffusion closer in retrospect, plus I should've added (although I didn't have the gear to do it at the time) a diffusion slightly overhead to stop the harsh spectacle shadows on the cheeks which I only noticed when I reviewed the footage in my NLE. I'm rather happy with the outcome. For interest sake to some, shot 26 minutes of footage in order to relax the talent, and upon wrap-up, he noted that he thought it was less than 10 minutes. The very first shot was also taken at the very end.
