Try these guys:

I ordered two 1510s from them. My HVXs fit great in them, I can carry them on airplanes and keep them close to me, and they're easy to tote around. Plus, these guys offer a pretty good price and they were shipped promptly. No problems whatsoever with them.

I'm interested in the 1510 as well. The smaller the better really.

You say your HVX (you have 2??) fits ok. Is that with lens hood on or dismounted?
Any chance of a photo?

Yes, by the graces of good fortune, I do have two. Business has been good. I will try and post a picture of the case later this weekend. But I will tell you that it fits easily in the 1510 with the lens hood still attached and all the accessories that it came with. I agree, the smaller the better. I don't think I'd have a very stress free flight knowing my livlihood was being tossed around like a football down in the luggage bay. I've already flown with an HVX packed in a 1510 and stored in the overhead bin. No problem at all.

I started a thread and posted a pic of my setup in the 1510. here's the link:

People didn't believe me and thought I had used a different case or photoshoped the image, but it's real. It's the 1510.

I did turn the foam 180 degress after this pic was taken so that the camera would be facing upright when stored on it's side.

I have a 1650 loaded, just so you are rest assured I check it all the time. I also check my 1510, 1520, arri kit, tripod, Portabrace bag and a few others. Last trip I had to check 8 containers full of equipment. All turned out fine. If everything is packed well in good containers you'll be fine. Additionally I don't think anybody could lift my 1650 high enough to throw it, it's so heavy. But if I do have breakage, thats why I pay for insurance. I would never check bags without it.

My 1650 is about 75 pounds loaded, my Arri kit is over 80 pounds. Both are huge, my Arri kit is almost twice the size of my 1650, it takes two people to lift it.

I can't prevent breakage or loss, all I can do is prepare. Buy great cases and insurance. If I don't fly with my equipment, I don't get the job.

If you need something better than pelican or storm, buy Anvil ( http://www.anvilcase.com/ ) they are truly as good as it gets, but you'll pay big time. I'm going to be switching my Arri case out with an Anvil.
