Case for zoom lens with camera

Does anyone know of a lens case I could use for my Nikon 80-200 while keeping my GH2 attached? I plan on going to Alaska in July and want to shoot wildlife, meaning I'd like to keep the camera and lens attached, while in a protective case.
Is there anything like that out there?

Have you taken a look at the Pelican line of cases? Extremely rugged, well made and some (if not all) have an o-ring to keep out moisture. For each size they sell, you have the option of a foam interior (where you can pluck out the foam blocks to have your gear form fit) or a segmented interior (which I have), which comes with dividers. Also available in many colors. I purchased mine from B&H.

You could search for 'blimp case'. A case used to drown out the noise of an analogue still camera during shooting. You might find one that suits your purposes. Nikon made a very good insulated one which you might be lucky enough to find second hand on Ebay or somewhere.
