Case for 1x1 LED lightpanels?

I'm gathering 3 or 4 LED lightpanels 1x1 but can't find a decent case to carry all of them. I don't want anything super expensive. I've had a look at Pelican cases but they seams heavy and bulky when the LED lights are so small and light weight. A soft padded bag would also work as long as they are protected.

LED are not as sensitive as other lights so I don't have to go for that indestructible thing.

I don't know about a soft and light bag, I always see LitePads, because of their high cost, protected in road cases when rented from G&E houses. The best source for affordable road cases I know of is on eBay. Use the advanced search, by seller, set the seller to avforsale and search for road case. Have fun.

It really depends on what you are going to be doing with your lights. If they are to sit in your car/truck and you are the one handling them, a lightweight bag will "make them easier to carry" but if you are working with an assistant, flying anywhere or generally exposing them to anyone who is not aware of their value. I would go for the heavier case my friend. Pelicans are actually quite light compared to some of the other cases out there and they really do protect your investment. There are some soft bags make for small audio mixers boards that have foam padding but ....good luck.

I agree. I used to own a rental company and heavier and stronger was a must, but..if you are using them and are careful, a soft case would work.

My concern is always the accidental bump or drop or God forbid, some idiot sitting on the case (That happened once). A Pelican case is a great relief at those times.
