Taylor..that is just as John described it, funky but something awful cool about it. I wonder if we can get them down here.

Barry...Larry...Thanks for the feedback. I'm still diggin' the Element.

When I was looking at one at the dealership, this clown of a salesman said, "oh shes fun to drive." What an idiot. Like does he think I expect him to say anything else? "Shes not such a looker, and she rides like an old shoe, but hey, she comes with a tape deck". Unreal. He might as well have worn white shoes with a matching white belt and kicked the tires.

Taylor Moore-

Thanks for turning me onto this...I think. It's consuming me. I am absolutely in love with this. The more I look at her, the more research I do, the more I just have to have her.

I just hope shes gonna be in my budget.

A cars thread. I'm in heaven!!

I have a '03 Mini Cooper S and an '04 Infiniti QX4, but this next fall I'm looking at something new. I've got a new baby so my wife says the cooper of cooperish in function has go to go.

Maybe I'll start a thread about what to do.

yeah thats very cool taylor.. i never seen that toyota before.

Wen the land rover dies, i think i may take a look at that, but this baby has been in my dreams:

They're saying that they may actually make this, but I don't know with the way the car biz has been going lately.

Jarred Land Rovers are great. It's one of those funny cars that people will keep buying even though everbody that ever talks about them talks about all the electrical problems. My wife wanted a Range Rover and I thought I sold her off on the new Infiniti and in it's first year it was in the shop for about 3 weeks with electrical gremlins and my Mini which is part British has been mostly rock solid for 3 years. Go figure. Rovers will keep on selling.

yeah.. ive been through it all. Drove across the country 2 months ago and surprised i made it.. There was no land rover dealer between Chicago and Seattle and the thing had some major electical issues.. the roll over sensor kept going off and the ABS control kept shorting out. Oddly when I pulled the fuse for the horn it seemed to kinda fix everything, but for about 1000 miles we could only drive 100 miles, then it would conk out, but i would pull over, let it rest for 15 minutes and then keep going. Oh yeah.. and snapped the front axle in the middle there but luckly some oil shop had a friend with a dead rover he parted out for me, swapped it out in a couple hours.

Dropped a few grand when we got here to a ex Land Rover wrencher, and its been going pretty good ever since. Knock on wood.

I'll wish you luck. I personally can't help but be sucked into the soul of a car, so they're like money pits to me usually and I walk into the pit with both arms open.

That Bronco is killer... too bad car companies never make them how they tease you with the concepts.
