I'm looking at the Gripper 3025 vacuum suction cup car mount to mount my GH1 for some bad ass car shots. Interior placement I have no concerns with, but exterior I'm a little worried.
It says the head can support 8lbs but the actual suction cup can hold up to 125lbs.
My question is does anyone have experience running this setup @ 60+mph?
I do a lot of road racing and autocross, so I would like to use my GH1 instead of a gopro because I can playback in cam to review and because I have full control over exposure.
here is an example of what I want to do exclusively with my GH:
the stationary exterior shot of the car doing the run is with the GH1 w/14-140 the on car shots are with a goProHD
