Every year I volunteer my time and shoot a commercial for the Pacific Northwest Historics vintage races benefitting
Seattle Children's Hospital.
I'm very pleased with the overall look and feel of this years spot.

This years shoot was very run and gun.
The spot was filmed at two different locations with only one grip to help lug the gear.

For lighting I used two Diva 400s with 5500k daylight bulbs.
For the light sweep across the car I used one tungsten Arri 650 fresnel.
The lens flares were produced by shining blue led pen light just out of view into the lens.

Lenes consisted of:
Tokina 11-16mm
Nikon 24mm
Nikon 50mm
Nikon 85mm

Looks like a fun event. I campaigned an old Lola T70 years back for historic events. Lots of fun but it can get very expensive.

All the Best!

The T70 is a beautiful car, the 1969 T162 in the spot is an insane car. It has a dry weight of just over 1400lbs and produces around 750hp. It held the lap record at Pacific Raceways/SIR for a number of years.
