Car mount for Canon 60d?

Inside or out?

Sorry for not being more accurate. Outside the car and something in the $100 price range or less. I'm looking at a couple of car suction mounts that can be expanded on with more support rods when I get more money....

Delkin Fat Gecko at that price. Though you'll probably need to spend a little more if you intend to mount a larger rig at a later stage.

I was reading up on that product and while not perfect it looks like I might be able to use it as long as I have a lens with IS and the driver of the vehicle is on a smooth road and not driving too fast. What I like about the Fat Gecko though is that you can mount additional rods for support (cost more $$) but it's still to know that I can expand on this support system in the future.

Thanks

I agree with the Fat Gecko recommendation. The redundant suction cups are amazing and easily hold the T2i/550D with a kit lens. I wasn't sure before the shoot, so I grabbed it and leaned back. I stopped the test when I felt the panel on the side of my Volvo starting to bend; and the Fat Gecko was still firmly in place. We used it for a music video shoot http://www.spiritusvult.com/movies/work-for-hire/the-orange-effect-drive/ and it worked great. In this shots, we were going as fast as 45mph.
