Capturing in mov format with Windows system?

I need to capture my mini-DV tapes to my systems hard drive as .mov files since my editor will be using Final Cut Pro. However I'm on a Windows system and both Vegas and Premiere capture as .avi files.

Will Premiere capture as .mov or will Avid Express?

Whatever option I use I would like it to be able to do a batch capture and create a seperate file for each clip.

Any suggestions?
