Capturing/Exporting 24pa in FCP

How does one both CAPTURE and EXPORT 24pa as a data DVD with Final Cut Pro 4? (w/ dvx100b)

SIDE NOTE: I don't have Compressor, so I need to use Final Cut Pro 4's "export" settings to export either an .AVI or .MOV file that will run in 24p.

Basically, I need to burn an uncompressed 24p data dvd, but I don't know what format would work. In addition, I would be grateful if one could give me detailed instructions. :undecided

If it's a data DVD and not a standard video dvd you can burn it in any format you think the end user will have.
Note that if you wish to playback from the DVD and not have the user copy it over to their hard drive, then it will have to be compressed with a codec that can play from a CD/DVD without stuttering. (i.e. something along the lines of mpeg2,h264,sorenson)
