Capturing 25p in Final Cut Pro 4

Can somebody help me?

I filmed with the 25p mode on my DVX100.
No I want to capture the footage with FCP 4 on the 25p mode.
But I don't know how?

"Firewire" DVX100 with your PC (or MAC?), open your FCP4, start a project using a "PAL 25P" template, open your "capture" window, identify your Camcorder (somwhere in settings), press play on DVX100 and REC on your capture window. There you go (basicly)!!!

But before all this, go to FCP4 help file, type in "capturing" and read!
