Capturing 24p without DVX100a

Hi everyone,

I will be cutting a film shot in canada in the UK. It's been shot on the DVX100a on 24p advanced pulldown. Is it possible for this material to be captured on AXP 4.6 with a deck rather the camera itself? I have a sony DSR 45p which can play NTSC tapes.

Yes. Xpress Pro handles the pulldown, not the equipment playing the tapes.
