Captured Footage has Vertical Black Line

When I capture footage there is a black line (1 or 2 pixels wide) to the far right. As if the video has shifted. When I import into AE i end up cropping it out. Do you know what might be causing this problem? I use Premiere to capture.

Thanks for any assistance.

That's always there on teh DVX100 (though I heard it was fixed with the 'a' model). It's covered by overscan when watching on TV, and it's not even that noticeable. You'll see it on Hollywood DVDs, too - I don't know why it's there, but it's really not a big deal.

Thanks for your quick reply Mike. The only problem is, any effect applied to that footage layer, the black line is interpreted as well. Sometimes this causes adverse reactions (dropshadow and glow effects appearing on the far right). But it's good to know I'm not alone. Thanks again!
