That's a difficult question to answer. Technically Xpress Pro 4.3 can handle anything 24pa that you throw at it. I think there's something major going on in your PC, so I wouldn't bet on 5.2 being a complete cure-all. I would say that your stability will increase because in my experience 5.2 is more stable than 4.3.
What I'm really trying to say is that there's no way I can answer that.
