Hey guys.
During the winter, I accidently dropped my DVX 100A and had to get it repaired. It worked perfectly fine, there was just some cosmetic damages and it started to make this very loud grinding noise.
I sent it in to Panasonic, paid the bill and had it repaired. It works beautifully except I can't figure out how to turn off the auto focus.
I switched the switch on the camcorder itself, and turned off the AF in the menu settings. But it keeps staying on auto focus. Is there something I'm forgetting to do? Or would I have to have the guys at panasonic take a look at it?
Oh yeah, this problem did not occur before or after my dropping the camcorder mishap. It only started happening once I received it back from Panasonic. Everything was placed on auto (I'm guessing the default settings), and I set everything up to my liking except for the AF.
