GH4 Can't select either 4K mode

Hey I just bought the GH4
Im trying to figure out why when im selecting the mode to switch into 4K, both 4K modes are greyed out. The memory card I have is Transcend UHS-3 128gb, freshly formatted and im in the recording M-mode so I dont know why its not working.
Ive read the manual, but it doesnt say much about what to do if its greyed out

Go to mp4 in settings and movie M mode on the dial. In IA it won't shoot 4k for some reason. I have my fn2 button set to the movie recording modes. Select 4k 30p on the top two selections. Go down a line to the 1080-60p 100mbps and I have that set to 2x or 4.8x ETC. Select 1080-30p on the next line down and I have 96 fps mode activated. This allows me to hit one of three different buttons under fn2 and get all the modes I like to shoot in. This fn button has turned out to be the greatest time saver I've ever seen in a cam. Click click 4K, click click 1080-60p ETC, click click 1080-96fps and back and forth. There's never been any cam like it ever produced !!!!
