HI. Hope someone can help me with this maddening problem. Can't seem to dig footage from a sony mini dv camera into MC version 7 using firewire. I'm trying to use 15:1s mxf compression and it won't do it. It conks out after 8 seconds. It will however, dig at DV25. Footage was shot on an hvx200 at 480i 24pa, and the project is set to 30i ntsc. Dig'd footage is being sent to an external 500g Gtech drive via FW800 port. Hope someone has some insight into this. cause I've been doing this for a loooonnnngggg time and this is a new one. Thanks
