Can't see video using P2CMS on mac

I've downloaded footage to an external hard disc at the shoot, but cannot SEE the footage using P2CMS on my Macbook. I can see all the thumbnails on the VIEWER from the portable disc drive, but when I click on a video clip, I can only HEAR the clip. The video is not there.
Any suggestions? THanks.
 
Do you have FCP installed on your system? P2CMS apparently needs the FCP codecs to display some flavors of HVX footage. There is another thread somewhere here on this exact issue that refers to the P2CMS user guide on the topic.
