Can't see HDMI output of a Pany AC30

I can't see HDMI output from our Pany AC30. Using the same recording equipment, cables, converters, etc. I can see the HDMI output from a GH2.

I don't see anything in the AC30 menus to set this, but is there a setting I am missing?
 
Check the menus again for any HDMI auto/manual configuration. If that doesn't work, try another cable and/or reset the camera. (Test with a TV so you know it's not the other hardware.)

If still nothing then maybe the camera's HDMI port/output is shot.
